The plot synopsis floating around says that April is in it, but it hasn't exactly been made official or anything.

"After their planetâs destruction, four turtle-like alien warriors and their master come to Earth, where they join forces with reporter April OâNeil to prevent the extradimensional conqueror Krang from enslaving the human race."
