A little under two years ago, the world watched in wonder as a group of divers successfully saved the lives of a group of young soccer players that were trapped in a cave during a monsoon. The entire event took over two weeks and cost the lives of two divers. However, the rescue became global news and has apparently inspired a new film from director Ron Howard.

According to Deadline, Howard is set to direct a film titled “Thirteen Lives” that retells the story of the Tham Luang cave rescue.

A divorce is one of the hardest parts of life, you feel you are with the one and then it all comes crashing down. In “Hope Gap” the turmoil in a couple who have been together 29 years, comes to a head.

Directed and written by Oscar-nominated Englishman, William Nicholson (“Shadowlands”), the film will showcase the breakdown of the marriage between Grace (Annette Bening from “American Beauty”) and Edward (Bill Nighy from “About Time”) as their son, Jamie (Josh O’Connor from “The Crown”), visiting from university is torn between his parents.
