Mike Fleiss (producer on 2006’s ‘Texas Chainsaw’ remake/”Hostel” and “Hostel II”) has created the new company to generate genre pictures as well as develop international properties and of course, continue the tradition of remakes.

“Black Sabbath” is planned to be a horror franchise and will use the band’s name as a jumping off point.
