This one has been floating out there in rumor-ville for some time, but it looks like it’s true. Filmmaker Josh Safdie’s next movie will be a film about professional ping pong player Marty Reisman and taking the leading role will be Oscar-nominated actor Timothée Chalamet (“Call Me By Your Name”).

The film, titled, “Marty Supreme” was written by Safdie and Ronald Bronstein, both of whom will be producers alongside Chalamet, Eli Bush and Anthony Katagas.
