On-again, off-again film “The Six Billion Dollar Man” appears to be on…again. However, this time it might actually get made, as the Mark Wahlberg-starring potential franchise-starter has signed Travis Knight to helm the action film.

According to Variety, Travis Knight is the latest filmmaker to be attached to Wahlberg’s attempt to bring the classic ‘70s action TV series, “The Six Million Dollar Man,” to the big screen.

Sorry DC fans, but you’re going to have to wait until 2020 to get your next dose of Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman.

In a surprise move, it was announced today that “Wonder Woman 1984,” the highly-anticipated sequel to 2017’s breakout superhero film, has been pushed from its original release date of November 1, 2019 to June 5, 2020. And according to WB and the film’s star, the move has nothing to do with any behind-the-scenes issues and is all due to an opening that was created in the release schedule.

It’s that time of the year when studios take some inventory, see where they’re at with certain projects and make adjustments. Paramount Pictures is the first to make some major moves this year. The biggest news of all the release date shifts this week is the fact that “Transformers 7” (technically ‘6’ following the 5th film ‘The Last Knight’) has been pulled from the release schedule. Originally slated for a June 28, 2019 release, the untitled “Transformers” film has been yanked and that’s likely because they haven’t announced a director or screenwriters and a gigantic movie like that probably needs to start pre-production now in time to be ready for next summer.
