Rick Moranis is back! Seriously, after not appearing in a live-action film in years (and sparsely providing voice work since 2000), the legendary comedic actor is making the return to the big screen, reprising a role that endeared him in the hearts of an entire generation.

According to Deadline, Moranis has signed on to co-star in the upcoming “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids” sequel, simply titled, “Shrunk.” The film, which stars Josh Gad as the son of Moranis’ Wayne Szalinski character, follows the next generation of the scientific family that accidentally finds themselves reduced to near-microscopic size.
