Titled “Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans,” the film, which already stars Nicolas Cage, is eyeing Eva Mendes to star alongside the aging Coppola cousin and the two of them last appeared together in the dreadful comic adaption of “Ghost Rider.” This is not a good look and does not bode well from the outside.
