In the new trailer for “Replicas,” Keanu Reeves has learned how to cheat death. Well, maybe not for himself but for others.

After a car accident kills his family, neuroscientist William Foster (Reeves), an expert on re-creating the human brain for what he thinks is Alzheimer’s research, alters his research to replicate his family. He will stop at nothing to bring them back, even if that means pitting himself against a government-controlled laboratory, a police task force, and the physical laws of science.
