Tom Brady magically appears a few times throughout his first post-second-retirement win, “80 for Brady,” speaking to a super-fan played by Lily Tomlin. In one moment, she’s in the middle of a football throwing contest that takes place during other parts of her raucous Super Bowl adventure, and Brady offers sage advice straight from his historic quarterbacking experience: “Don’t worry about how hard you throw it—it’s all about accuracy and focus.” Tomlin’s Lou scores big using this advice, but so does director Kyle Marvin, who delivers an amiable comedy with four superstars sharing sitcom-ready antics while wearing Brady’s jersey in sequins.

“80 for Brady” is based on a true story about four octogenarian women from Massachusetts who traveled to the Super Bowl in 2017 and saw Brady and the New England Patriots achieve a historic comeback against the Atlanta Falcons.

If you’re going statistically it’s pretty hard to bet against “Veep’s” Julia Louis-Dreyfus. She’s won every year she’s been nominated for this particular role which means she’s won six straight times. “Veep,” a seminal show of the past decade, just ended it’s seven-year run. Will viewers remember this year’s Emmy ceremony more than last year’s?  Probably not, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good one.  Stephen Colbert was arguably better than Jimmy Kimmel’s pre-Oscars stint a year ago, there were a number of impressive upsets (Holy Ann Dowd!) and, for the most part, the winners were incredibly worthy of their just rewards (just don’t get us started on “The Voice” over “Drag Race” in Reality-Competition).

The dynamic duo is back – “Grace and Frankie” that is, and they want to make sex toys. Netflix has released the trailer for season three of the popular comedy series starring Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda.

The clip opens with Grace and Frankie asking for a loan to fund their new venture – vibrators, “specifically designed for older women.” The flustered loan officer responds by closing the door with his remote control and saying that a 10-year loan wouldn’t be “prudent.” Safe to say, the duo were not successful.
