Last year, audiences were introduced to “Genera+ion” (“Generation“), HBO‘s answer to… well, some argued HBO’s “Euphoria,” Evidently there’s more than enough teen drama to go around, but to be fair, this is a show with a more playful vibe. The show—which is often compared to its contemporary “Euphoria” but also feels a bit like “Skins”—is a look at Gen Z teens who are facing their everyday struggles of family, sexuality, gender identity, and what it means to grow up in a conservative environment.
