A show that pushed the star throttle forward in a third outing that added the most acclaimed actresses of all time in Meryl Streep and one of the most likable comedy actors ever in Paul Rudd has not let up on bringing familiar faces into the fold.

While talking with Entertainment Tonight on the Oscars red carpet on Sunday, cast member Eva Longoria revealed that funnyman Zach Galifianakis (“The Hangover”) will also be part of the show that is currently filming.

“We started shooting,” Longoria told ET from the red carpet of the 96th Academy Awards.

According to AMPAS, 45% of the 2020 class are women, 36% underrepresented ethnic/racial communities and 49% international from 68 countries.  This is an impressive result for an organization that announced a goal in 2016 to double the number of women and underrepresented ethnic/racial communities by 2020.

In a rush for empathetic inclusivity and diversity, studios are branching out to see what properties they own; they can aim at different demographics… and make them a lot of money. It’s essentially a targeted revenue stream, sure. And while this trend is thankfully growing in Hollywood, it seems like Latinos/Latinx people are being a little bit left behind ever so slightly.
