Back in October 1999, Dougray Scott was poised to become a huge international movie star. He was filming the sequel to “Mission: Impossible,” starring opposite Tom Cruise. And it was announced that he landed the coveted role of Wolverine in Fox’s first “X-Men” feature film. But weeks before filming, Scott was reportedly injured on the set of “Mission: Impossible 2” and forced out of “X-Men,” leaving Hugh Jackman to land the role three weeks before filming commenced.
