Dolly Parton‘s workplace anthem “9 to 5” has been reimagined for the modern-day entrepreneur. Oscar-winning director Damien Chazelle used Parton’s iconic song as inspiration for a Super Bowl commercial centered around website builder Square Space.

Chazelle’s commercial, entitled “5 to 9” celebrates those trying to turn their side hustles into a full-time job. The minute-long television spot follows office workers slogging through the monotony of their 9-5 job.

The Recording Academy announed the 2020 Grammy Nominations on Wednesday morning and history was made. Lizzo led all nominees with eight, but both she Billie Eilish landed nods in the top four categories: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year and Best New Artist. They become the first two artists to ever pull that unique feat off.

There was a good hour where you wondered “What were the producers thinking?” but for the most part, the 2019 Grammy Awards were incredibly entertaining.  Especially considering the lack of awards handed out on the telecast and its 3-hour and 40-minute or so runtime.

Camila Cabello’s “Havanna” feels like it’s been out forever (August 2017 qualifies thanks to Grammy rules) but Ricky Martin doing a cameo and some sick dancers helped freshen it up a bit.

Will viewers remember this year’s Emmy ceremony more than last year’s?  Probably not, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good one.  Stephen Colbert was arguably better than Jimmy Kimmel’s pre-Oscars stint a year ago, there were a number of impressive upsets (Holy Ann Dowd!) and, for the most part, the winners were incredibly worthy of their just rewards (just don’t get us started on “The Voice” over “Drag Race” in Reality-Competition).

Was this one of the most moving and entertaining SAG Awards shows ever? It’s quite possible that it was.

There was a sense of drama in the air at the Shrine Auditorium in downtown Los Angeles as just 15 miles away protesters were effectively shutting down LAX arrivals and departures in protest of Trump’s immigration ban. Something many actors in attendance had tweeted about or mentioned on the red carpet before the show.
