Among the names already attached are Spike Lee, Barry Levinson, Albert Maysles, Richard Linklater, Barbara Kopple (Academy Award-winning documentary “Harlan County, USA”), Dan Klores (“Crazy Love”) and Mike Tollin (“Arli$$”). First on the docket is Levinson’s “And The Band Played On” about the defection of the Baltimore Colts to Indianapolis.
