As Jenni Konner and Lena Dunham‘s new HBO show, “Camping,” enters its third week, we dig a little deeper into Konner’s vision for the show and what audiences can expect from the star-studded cast of characters as the series progresses. While the rulebook for when to launch a TV series has been thrown out the window in the era of Peak TV, the fall months remain some of the busiest with both returning favorites and new potentially binge-worthy series. October see’s a lot for both streaming and cable services with too many to even include on the list. Those left off but worth noting include the return of The CW superhero series “Black Lightning,” “The Flash” and “Arrow” along with another returning shows such as Showtime’s “Ray Donovan,” NBC’s brilliant “The Good Place,” AMC’s “The Walking Dead” and AMC’s “Fresh off the Boat.” New series include Netflix’s “Wanderlust” and Hulu’s “Into the Dark.”

But, alas, we had to narrow the list to 11, and here’s what we feel like are the best bets for TV in October:

We have seen quite a few sides to actress Jennifer Garner.
