CNN’s got a first look at a scene from Oliver Stone’s “W,” where a young George Dubya Bush (Josh Brolin) first meets his wife-to-be Laura Welsh (Elizabeth Banks) and is pretty much instantly smitten. It’s actually pretty much exactly how it’s written in the script and basically feels how we pictured it.

Gavin Rossdale Featured In ‘Nights In Rodanthe’ Trailer

You might have noticed that Variety recently told us that songs used in trailers are important. Apparently, it’s a key promo tool. Gee, thanks, what a revelation. With that said, the new Gavin Rossdale single, “Love Remains the Same” (remember him from Bush and Gwen Stefani arm-candy/father of her baby fame?) is being used in the trailer to the new romantic drama, “Nights in Rodanthe.” The synopsis is thus:

Two unhappy people’s lives become entwined when they have a life changing romance.
