You might remember a while ago that Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro (“The Shape of Water“) would be teaming with streaming giant Netflix for a horror anthology series formerly titled “10 After Midnight,” and would have a wave of hand-selected directors shooting various episodes including del Toro and Aussie director Jennifer Kent (“The Babadook“).

Netflix has announced that the show has been renamed “Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities” alongside naming the rest of the directing team and cast members.

Despite a massive drop off in viewers and quality, AMC’s “The Walking Dead” keeps going strong, which means, the undead are definitely at San Diego Comic-Con with lots of news. First up, it’s the announcement that the still-untitled “The Walking Dead” movie, presumed to be a TV-only movie on AMC, will actually be a theatrical-only experience.
