Being a single mother is tough work. But what if you’re a single mother of a young boy that starts to exhibit superpowers? That’s just something that most people probably wouldn’t be able to handle. However, for the character of Nicole, in the new Netflix series “Raising Dion,” she is willing to do anything to protect her son.

As seen in the first trailer for the series, “Raising Dion” follows the story of Nicole and Dion, a mother and her young son, who find themselves in the crosshairs of the government after the young boy begins to show that he has supernatural abilities.
