Maybe Wright’s character is the reason of Dunn’s interest in Kevin? possibly a victim of The Beast? In any case Audrey was crucial to understand Dunn and her absence would be weird and would have to be explained. The other thing is that this synopsis is either willingly misleading or gives away too much of important plot details
