I liked the doco… as a long time fan of the ban it filled in some blanks… though in hindsight I thought the focus on HRs decline in health to be rather ignorant. It didn\’t. I thought the way his mental health was portrayed was extremely insensitive. To use it as a plot driver was unnecessary. Rather than find out more about HR we just get this soap opera drama around it. If the guy has been to prison and is then living on the streets he not living the life of a rock star. Another notable hardcore pioneer is Mr Chi Pig… he battled with drug addiction, this effected his health etc… I am amazed that people pick at him.. this is real life, and people mental health and wellbeing need respect. Being a true pioneer in the underground is not easy. Like artists in our society in general… there is seldom financial ease or security… As for bad brains… thousand adore them… but only if they meet some past expectation…
