In spite of the positive feedback about the movie, the list of confirmed films that have been acquired by the representatives of the independent and major movie studios visiting Sundance 2012 still does not include 'Hello I Must Be Going'. The final weekend of the film festival is when the negotiations between directors and executives are at their most intense, but Todd Louiso's film seems to be a title that isn't so forthcoming in the press reports concerning the crucial period in which distribution deals are made. I wish some information about the movie's success or failure to get a future cinema release date would emerge very soon. I've been leaving quite a few comments (doubling as enquiries) regarding this matter, because I don't want to see the first movie that has Melanie Lynskey in the lead role just end up gathering dust on the shelf in the vaults of motion pictures that somehow never got to been by cinema audiences. More importantly, I don't want to see the only chance that Melanie Lynskey has had in over ten years to ascend to Hollywood leading lady territory.
