It\’s very minor things, and somewhat stereotypical physical traits, but there are distinctions that exist in how asian characters are drawn compared to characters of clearly western ancestry. Chief among them is the eye shape and color (admittedly not the most obvious, but some works do have present but very unpronounced epicanthal folds) and hair color. While asian characters are sometimes drawn with purple or blue hair in addition to natural darker colors, western characters are drawn typically with blonde or lighter brown hair. Lastly the character that Scarlett Johanssen is playing does have an asian name, though an argument can still be made that her body is synthetic and doesn\’t have to necessarily adhere to physical traits associated with her ancestry.
