I stand for the independent filmmaker who truly believes in using their crafts to inspire all to become better. I stand with the Chicago Filmmakers who created the series Chiraq about uplifting our city. Our city is like any other, we have our hiccups, but let our most talented produce projects that illustrate our city the way we know it. I\’m not mad at Spike, do your thing and network, but not on the backs of the grieving. How will the film assist families who are having difficult times coping?
