I heard the problems were worse than what you mentioned though. They never finished filming a crucial scene (the one where Jessica Biel lodges a nail in her head which sets off the chain-of-events for the rest of the movie), thus it requires additional shooting, it had/has no money for post-production (and hasn’t even started), and ultimately has been pulled from Capitol Films upcoming slate.

Here you have an example of where someone, David Bergenstein (sp?), really screwed the pooch and it’s doubtful this film will ever be complete.

Capitol Films has no business being in the Film Business, it’s really that simple. It’s only a matter of time before there is a liguidation sale over there at Capitol.

I’d appreciate it if you could keep us up-to-date on what happens with this film.
