I think the first person to see the movie should be the President. He should invite the CEO of Sony to the white house and they should watch it together and then tweet out a pic of the event.

I know the locally owned theater near me was still planning on showing The Interview until Sony yanked it altogether. From their own reaction (showing Team America) I feel like Alamo Drafthouse would have gone forward given the chance. Now that Bitorrent has offered to distribute this as a bundle with Sony controlling the pricing, I don\’t see how Sony is going to be able to keep up this "we had no choice" line for very much longer. I understand there were concerns, but I feel like their overall narrative to these threats has been fundamentally dishonest.
