Kidman nailed hers, the young one who found the soldier has an adorable performance on her own, Farrell plays its part decently, but sorry Dunst performance was as blunt as it gets. She was there to get dressed, to be sad, to be lifted from her ordinary mundane life and to be picked by you reviewers as MVP. LOL go check Dunst in Fargo , there she plays fine.
