In reply to lostjack. I can already tell from the bits I've seen that Hugh Jackman deserves an Oscar nom for The Greatest Showman more than Ryan Gosling deserved one for La La Land. I do not believe Hugh Jackman will get a nom at the Oscars, but the ridiculous snark I'm seeing from people over a film that hasn't even come out yet is a bit unfair.

I know you guys have to do articles like this every year but no one really gives a crap about the Globes. They’re fun to watch but there’s very little connection between them and the Oscars. I’m sure The Big Sick will be nominated for Oscars and Greatest Showman won’t. Just chill it out a bit.
