A film starring DelToro and Brolin leaves the viewer with nothing to hold on to with both beyond redemption… that had better be a hell of a screenplay to navigate those waters and I’m not confident a studio will bankroll a mid-budget, pitch black film where you root against everyone. This sounds like a horribly unnecessary sequel but I’d love to be proven wrong.
