I didn't think the acting was bad at all, it was understated and believable. The lighting, editing, and shooting on the other hand were exceptionally good. That's part of the reason people liked it so much. No one could believe he made the thing for less than 30 grand. I hope he takes his time and makes another gem because I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

The acting was not particularly good, no, but I beg to differ on all other points: I thought it was very smart, well-written and extremely well-shot. The screenplay was fantastic.

Even if you didn't think the film looked great, it absolutely looked like it cost more than $30,000 to make the thing.
