Fuck why would the Weinsteins bring back the scriptwriter who ruined the last trilogy with the drastically different tone of SCREAM 3. That be like Nolan asking Akiva Goldsmith to write THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. Despite VANITY FAIRS gloating article on Bob & Harvey, the reason MIRAMAX, WEINSTEIN and all their other ventures failed is because the brothers always let their egos override a movies success, they can\’t allow a director or writer any control on a property without the need to fulfill their own vanity. Fuck the Weinsteins !
