So if it does get finished by it’s assigned date, then everyone will live with the knowledge that even the director doesn’t think it has met its full potential. No one is going to vote for that movie. At least before there was a united front, but now it’s just one bully standing on that side. At this point, they should just push it to ’09.

Also, kudos to Scott Rudin–that’s quite a slap in the face to the big dog Harvey. I love that Rudin takes his name off to save his *other* working relationships. I guess it’s safe to say that his working relationship with Harvey is over.
