I was advised to check out this site by various people, but I've come to this page and see that the research just isn't there.

My 3 kids all sit down together and watch WWE, aged 5, 10 and 13, this is a miracle, but shows that it isn't just 'older meatheads' who watch the show.

It couldn't be more clear that you're ignorant of what the WWE has become in the past few years. They've slowly moved away from the TV-14 edgy show that was on TV in the late 90s towards a much more family friendly PG product. They're one of the unquestioned leaders when it comes to using social media, and a lot of their shows are tailed to younger children now.

Maybe you could research before writing your next article.

Sorry guys. I love this site and have contributed stories towards it, but seriously? Why so judgemental, elitist and patronising? RAW just had it's 1000th episode a few weeks back and draws in all sorts of kids merch with PG-era stars. Personally, the tie-in will work wonders given how hard WWE is pushing social media etc.

Uh, the entire WWE product is practically tailored towards kids now, in what's been dubbed the "PG era", and has been for almost a decade. They make up a large majority of the audience and account for millions in merchandising, specifically John Cena merchandise. A little bit of research would tell you this, but you decided to take the condescending prick approach, which is cool, I guess.
