For one thing, a supporting role in a Spike Jonze film in which Phoenix fucks a computer ISN'T going to put Pratt on the A-List. For another, isn't it just good enough that Pratt is doing strong work in film and TV and raising his profile? Do you have to be so obsessed with the star system that EVERY actor is categorized on his status, not the quality of his or her work?
