1. If I was a super reactionary type, I might consider this weekend as a HUGE signifier of sea change as to who goes to the movies, who responds to surveys, and what these folks want to see. It\’s been a long minute since there was a (viable) brown action star or an impressive disaster movie. (2012 was the worst. At least "Day After Tomorrow" gave us a sad Jake Gyllenhaal to fawn over.) I think when people collectively feel like they are out of control of their situation, be it weather or political climate, they will turn out for movies like this.
I may be bloviating.

Mad Max is a R rated film. So, lesser views obviously. Also the movie has brains, so publicbwillnjot like it. (Look at Franchise\’s like Twilight and Fast and Furious).

Also, where is the sarcastic titles for top ten?
