The film is already a zoo to begin with and trying to cram Nick Fury into it just doesn\’t really seem all that important as far as the big picture is concerned. Then again, all it would take is someone to leak the news that they\’re killing off the Sam Jackson version of the character and bringing on board the grizzled, battle-hardened white guy variation for everyone to get their underwear in a knot and start talking about how much Jackson has done for the Marvel film universe/etc. in an attempt to have him play a more substantial role than that which he has now (for however long that may be).
