Maybe it wasn’t an interesting event to you, but millions of others felt, and feel, differently. So yeah, taking that event and showing it from a perspective we haven’t seen is just one reason why that movie exists and was a creative success.

Why attempt make that event interesting when it wasn’t to begin with? Let sleeping dogs lie. Was not an award winning movie and Robbie as Tonya? Not convincing. No purpose for that movie at all.
