The movie is about empathy. I think the comparisons are apt and I also kind of agree with Rutger about the movie. I love Villeneuve and think it was a commendable effort over all, but none of it really stayed with me the way “Blade Runner” stays with me. And I’m waiting for some of the critics who were going “Actually the original Blade Runner was not that good” to eat their words (*cough* Matt Singer *cough*)
