It\'s still Sony Pictures Spider-Man: The New Avenger. They are working with Marvel, and the only deal for Spider-Man, so far, is that he\'ll appear in 1 MCU film, CAP 3: Civil War before starting his own franchise for Sony Pictures. Sony still has all creative control whenever they want, but they seem to be playing nicely with Marvel and letting them fix some of their mistakes, while still using the MCU success to create more interest in their (Sony) franchise.

It\'s working very well so far, as many already believe Marvel has control, but unfortunately the character of Spider-Man is still, ultimately, in shady hands. All we can do is hope for the best until Sony Pictures decides "we don\'t need Marvel anymore" and then it all crashes and burns for the 3rd time
