Makes sense, this is a Cap movie after all, it should be more about characters related to him and his team should be bigger. This isn\’t Batman v Superman, the movie doesn\’t have to give equal screen time. Although, Widow on Stark\’s team doesn\’t make sense to me unless there\’s a major falling out.

To me it seems more like they\’d milk Natasha and Cliff\’s friendship by pitting them against one another, and with Barton having a family it\’d land him squarely on Cap\’s side so their identity/location doesn\’t fall into the wrong hands
