Dear Nick, plenty of people were very excited about TD before its release (including this website which I expect you read). In fact, with the cast (pre-Dallas Buyers or not) everyone was bloody excited. Furthermore, with the cast alone most would have predicted it to be multi-award winning. Any series with multiple movie actors is expected to be award winning and not just interesting. You're just being incendiary.
