While I sure don’t plan to have a back and forth all day on this garbage, let’s be clear. It is about believing someone looks of age who is not. She came to meet him at Nicholson’s house ostensibly for a photo shoot and so either her mother co-signed a release for that or she signed the release or planned to and represented herself therefore as legally entitled to do so (an adult).

In 2003 he had his facts wrong, but even I thought for decades that it was STATUTORY.
