Gonad – It\’s not Ratner, but it\’s Roman Polański who has been interested in \”ture crime\” (a real story) since about 4 years. I do remember that, because I\’m from Wroclaw, the big city where that crime had happened. About 4 years ago – Polanski\’s screenwriter (unofficialy) was in Wroclaw in order to bring all the materials connected to crime.

Ratner and Polanski are actually buddies. So it figures maybe Ratner brought the project to Polanski. Either way, The Ghost Writer rocked, Carnage will rock, and whatever else he has lined up next will rock too.
