Is it because he makes mediocre movies on small budgets so they inevitably make a profit? His best work is the first thirty minutes of \”From Dusk Till Dawn\”. When his name is attached to any project that sounds exciting, I lose interest. More power to him. I think it\’s fantastic that he\’s pretty much his own studio, but really people, who cares what he directs. His films are not very very good.
