Good point. I’m intrigued by the technology, but even though it was done quite well with RDJ in Cap 3, that was a very short bit, and in most cases it is not convincing (Rogue One)

I’m sure they will do tests and all that to make sure it works, but why not just hire great, younger actors and save tens of millions of dollars? And not run the risk of an expensive gimmick undermining your movie?
