					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not a huge BLOB fan (the &#039;80s remake was pretty cool in its own unassuming B-movie way) but I can see why Zombie is doing this. He wants to get away from the horror genre and it seems like studios are afraid to green-light anything remotely original. But as you point out, there are ways to do your own thing. It might mean a lower budget but hey, that can force you to be more creative.]]></description>
