If there is any nudity or f-bombs it is gonna be R. That's the simple part. So then as far as the violence goes, Scott should know if he filmed any heads exploding or not. I didn't really see anything in the trailer that would give it an R rating. Most people still don't realize the reason most films get their R rating is from the cursing. The MPAA is pretty cool with violence, but just like with the doc Bully…they still don't give much slack with "fuck."
