I've never understood the reverence with which Scott is held. Forget A Good Yeat or Matchstick, this is the guy behind GI Jane, White Squall, 1492, Body of Lies and Robin Hood. His filmography is more miss than hit.

In a interview a while ago, he said that he's doing Gertrude Bell next. I guess he'll follow it with Blade Runner sequel.
