I understand that the expectations are higher for Avatar, but it will still best Holmes. I think Avatar can earn at least 25% more than Holmes in total domestic B.O. dollars.

I've never seen tracking numbers before. How good of a predictor are they? I mean Holmes actually has people in it, and these actors have presumably been in magazines that women may purchase more frequently than men. So it's no surprise women are more "aware" of Holmes. We're all aware of Sarah Palin's book but how many of us are going to buy it.
