It has no real substance to it and pretends to discuss a contraversial subject, but ultimately has nothing no or even interesting to say about it. Granted, it is powerfully acted and filmed, yet the story is too sugary to buy. The part with the doctor guarding a suicidal woman and her deciding not to kill herself in the end is so bad it's actually funny.
