This film did a good job of nailing the feel of the 90's which I do know as I graduated the same year as Brandy. I saw it with a pretty-full theater last night in Denver & let me tell you this – some people were SHOCKED at the language the women use. Which is hilarious to me because I know & knew a LOT of girl who talk/talked just like that. I enjoyed small touches like the 'call-waiting being a big talk' the parents needed to have. Just seeing how we had to communicate with each other back then seems like this movie is from the 60's not only 20 years ago. Here's hoping for more period films from the 90s.
